Position:  Senior Manager, Website and eCommerce

Location: Lakewood, CO

Compensation: $125k – $150k + 15% bonus, with potential for Long Term Incentive (~$20K)

About The Role:

The Sr. Manager, Website & eCommerce is a key contributor in the digital and website marketing efforts for all four Bagel Brands, including Einstein Bros. Bagels, Bruegger’s Bagels, Noah’s New York Bagels and Manhattan Bagels. This individual will lead the planning process, day-to-day program management of all online platforms and the primary owner within the company responsible for online revenue growth and increased transaction volume. They will also assist the Sr. Director, Digital & Loyalty in driving strategy and vision for the Bagel Brands digital marketing; this includes developing and supporting the acquisition and retention of digital marketing programs, included but not limited to website, search/SEO, paid media, third party delivery marketing, display, in-app, listings management and updates, and customer journey mapping for new and current Bagel Brand customers. This individual will need deep analytical and reporting skills, and work with the data science team to extract key decision metrics for ongoing optimization and prioritization of the digital activations and conversion.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Digital / App / Website / eCommerce

eCommerce: Deliver identified eCommerce business objectives including: online revenue, transaction volume and % channel mix; while maintaining positive return on investment.
Websites: Own the websites, and work with the SEO agency and IT team to redesign, update, and optimize the content for better traffic and customer experience leading to conversion and incremental revenue.
Mobile App: Lead mobile app enhancements with the Digital IT team to improve in-app user experience, grow loyalty base and frequency, acquisitions and integrations with brand initiatives, events, content, etc.
Third-Party Delivery Apps (DoorDash, Grub Hub and Uber Eats) Lead the design, function and promotional planning of third-party delivery applications

  • Work closely with digital marketing agencies to design and implement annual marketing plans and deliver on revenue and transaction goals.
  • Be a part of the team that’s counted on to be the experts in utilizing and driving digital marketing efforts that result in Bagel Brand’s continued success in growing this area.
  •  Support the Sr. Director of Digital Marketing on day-to-day operations and management of all 4Bagel Brands digital and app programs including:
    • Assist with all aspects of digital marketing ensuring successful achievement of all key performance indicators. This includes new customer acquisition, conversion and retention for all digital channels including desktop, mobile web and our rapidly growing mobile apps across search, display, app, and web.
    • Help weave effective digital media campaigns that can deliver value proposition message across search, SEO, website and display.
    • Assist on developing the SMS marketing strategy, including finding and vetting new vendors, and building programs that support the Bagel Brands.
  • Work closely with the Loyalty Manager to plan and deploy campaigns that create a seamless customer experience across email/app/web/in store.
  • Responsible for keeping up with the rapidly evolving technologies and capabilities within the digital and social media marketing worlds.
  • Assist with recommending changes as required based on ongoing monitoring of performance.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Support the analytical framework that measures and tracks our performance including selection of marketing tools.
  • Work with the data science team to build and monitor tracking mechanisms for digital marketing performance.
  • Create overview decks and materials to provide updated performance on campaigns and evergreen executions.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Education / Training / Experience:
Required:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 4-6 years of recent experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Experience working at or with a digital agency and creative teams and utilizing project management tools.
  • Multi-unit retail experience strongly preferred, restaurant experience a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook for Business, WordPress.
  • Experience with Airship, Jira, CRM platforms a plus.
  • Experience in app marketing a plus.
  • Experience with eCommerce revenue growth and management.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing organization.
  • Detail-oriented; guest-oriented.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation:
~$107k -~ $118k + 15% bonus, with potential for Long Term Incentive (~$20K)
